Pele's son freed pending appeal of money laundering conviction

The son of Brazilian football legend Pele was released on Wednesday pending an appeal against his conviction and 13-year sentence for laundering drug-trafficking money.

As his lawyers had lodged an appeal against the new court ruling, the judge permitted Edinho to remain free until it was heard, the press service of Brazil's Supreme Court explained to AFP.
 
Edinho, a former goalkeeper who briefly played for his father's former club, Santos is being accused of controlling much of the drug trafficking in the Greater Santos region - Ronaldo Duarte Barsotti, known as Naldinho.

Beyonce shares photos of her last year's wedding anniversary vacation with Jay Z and Blue Ivy at the Grand Canyon

Beyonce and Jay-Z spent their eighth wedding anniversary at the Grand Canyon but she never shared photos from the intimate vacation until now. The expectant mother who just marked her 9th wedding anniversary by releasing a video dedicated to her husband, also shared beautiful moments from her previous wedding anniversary. The photos show Bey and Jay-Z taking a helicopter ride into the national park in Arizona. Blu was also with them and she looked cute as a button in sunglasses with X and O frames. Beyoncé shared the photos on her website beyonce.com and added lyrics from her new song to some of them.
